The past few years have been an exciting time for Drayton Ridge. We were thrilled to see the amazing progress and development of Phase 2, Stage 2 on Carriage Crossing. Our builders and their clients constructed wonderful homes that contributed to the high-quality standard set at Drayton Ridge. As the housing market appears to be on the cusp of returning to more normal times, we look forward to our builders starting home construction on Phase 2, Stage 3 this summer. The extension of Bedell Drive will offer a limited number of single-family homes on 50’ lots and semi-detached homes on 33’ lots (per unit). A collection of 9 Freehold Townhouses will complete this Stage of Bedell Drive. Contact our builders for house prices and availability. We are in the process of planning and developing Phase, 2, Stage 4. Once approved, it will offer 57 Freehold Townhouses of varying sizes. This unique layout will have 28 units with inspiring country views of the Conestoga River and our Agrihood Property. More detail to come later this year.
Our Agrihood Property consists of 88 acres of Recreational and Agricultural land. Although we have not done much physical work on the property, we have spent the last year finalizing construction drawings for the main building which will host the restaurant and microbrewery. We look forward to starting this project. A reinvigorated housing market in Drayton Ridge will help facilitate the start of our Agrihood endeavor.
